REVA Team at ENSEEIHT
The group of the REVA team of IRIT working at ENSEEIHT is composed of about 15 people, among faculty members, researchers, Ph.D. students, interns and development engineers. The main research activities of the group focus on the image and video analysis and the 3D modeling.
Research Activities
The research activities of the group are mainly focused on the “inverse problems” of computer vision, such as 3D reconstruction, 2D and 3D segmentation, and object detection. We also investigate multimedia applications, where one or many users can implicitly or explicitly contribute to the analysis of the visual content. This double profile finds its natural application in augmented reality projects combining images, video, 3D data and user interactions, often in the context of mobile applications.

Software
ELSD (Ellipse and Line Segment Detector)
ELSD is a parameterless ellipse and segment detector, that can be applied on any grey-scale image without prior edge detection or parameter tuning.
